Transfer to Amdax
Safely store your crypto assets at a registered Dutch custodian? Then you're in the right place at Amdax.
The departure of Binance can have adverse consequences for users. Amdax aims to provide customers of Binance with the opportunity to easily transfer their funds from Binance to Amdax. This can be done quickly and conveniently through the My Amdax environment. On this page, we will explain step by step how to move your funds. Would you like to be personally assisted by one of our experts? Schedule a free appointment.
Tip: For a smooth transition, we advise using the My Amdax environment on a computer, rather than on a mobile device.
Log in to the Binance app and select 'Wallet' - 'Spot' - 'Withdraw'.
Choose the crypto asset you want to withdraw and select 'Send via Crypto Network'.
Log in to the Amdax app or web environment and go to 'Vault' - 'Crypto Assets'.
Select the asset you want to deposit. If you have crypto assets on Binance that are not available in the Amdax environment, please contact us via the chat function.
Copy the deposit address and paste it into the Binance app.
Select the network.
Please make sure to select the correct network. Selecting the wrong network may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click on 'Withdraw'. If you have multiple wallets on Binance, select which wallet you want to send your funds from under 'Spot & Funding Wallet'.
Carefully review the transaction and click on 'Confirm'. Authenticate the transaction with your two-factor authentication.
If you have little experience with sending crypto assets, we provide a free transfer service where we guide you step by step in transferring your assets. Schedule an appointment with our Operations team using the link below.

Binance is leaving the Dutch market because De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) has not granted them registration. Amdax was the first crypto service provider to receive DNB registration. Investing through Amdax ensures that you are investing within the current regulations, providing you with peace of mind and avoiding any surprises in the future.
