All customer assets are segregated using unique digital addresses that are independently verifiable on their respective blockchains.

Multiple cryptographic signatures are required to authorize transactions, enhancing security, ensuring that no single party can unilaterally access or move your assets. Our multi-signature custody removes the single point of compromise from both external hackers and insiders – as the private key is never concentrated on a single device at any point in time.

Fireblocks, the technology we use, is SOC 2 Type II certified, examined by internationally renowned audit firm Ernst & Young, and completes regular pen testing from ComSec and NCC Group. It is also certified by the International Organization for Standards in security (ISO 27001), cloud (ISO 27017) and privacy (ISO 27018).

The software we use has institutional-grade policies that cover availability, data recovery, and system reliability. We are committed to delivering and maintaining 99.9% uptime. To ensure business continuity in case of an unforeseen incident, our disaster recovery plan provides customers with a full recovery option to unlock their funds at will.

Amdax is a full reserve custodian. Our primary role is to securely store digital assets 1:1 in our vault without engaging in any additional activities. This approach eliminates any credit risk, all outstanding balances are fully backed by reserves held in our highly secure vault. We strictly adhere to the principle of non-rehypothecation, ensuring that your assets are never used for any other purposes.
